USCIS’ new Fee Increase Rule violates the Immigration and Nationality Act by imposing a wealth test for citizenship and creating unlawful barriers to refugees and asylum seekers.

ADMINISTRATION’S NEW Regulations WOULD DESTROY ASYLUM AS WE KNOW IT
The rules include sweeping new bars to apply for asylum; remove due process, especially for the poor; and gut the key grounds for asylum, including claims based on gender and LGBTQ identity.

SUPREME COURT RULES THAT DACA STAYS!
In a monumental victory for Dreamers, SCOTUS ruled that the administration’s efforts to end DACA violated federal law. This is good news for the 700,000 Dreamers who can now continue to safely live, work, and study in the U.S!
