We provide legal services, community organizing, and transformative education to support low-income immigrants and people fleeing violence and persecution.

Immigration Legal Services

EBSC provides a range of free and low-cost legal services for low-income immigrants and people escaping violence and persecution. We have helped nearly 4,000 people obtain asylum with a 97.6% success rate. We also help with work permits, permanent residency, citizenship applications, and more.

Community Development & Education (CDE)

We provide training and support for over 500 immigrants yearly through Know Your Rights workshops, community forums on current policy issues, leadership training and social services referrals.

Transformation Education

EBSC promotes empathy and civic participation in the broader society through service learning, forums, community presentations, and our Amplifying Sanctuary Voices Oral History Project, an interactive exhibit that promotes public dialogue.
